Join a W2 clinical team with autonomy and strong clinical support. Headlight handles insurance, billing, and marketing so you can focus on patient care; we offer remote or hybrid options, a base salary plus monthly billed-hour bonuses, and a total compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans per patient.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and plan adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
