Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician required; licensure varies by location.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with electronic health record systems (NextGen preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and provide counseling.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly and adjust plans as needed.
• Involve family when appropriate; conduct ongoing assessments.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
