Positions offer W2 benefits, competitive base salary plus monthly billed-hour bonuses, and flexible work options including remote/hybrid arrangements. Must be licensed and residing in California at this time.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of licensed clinical experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with EHR systems; NextGen preferred.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to guide and supervise processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
