Headlight is transforming mental healthcare and seeking licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven team in Colorado. Clinicians receive admin support for insurance, billing, and marketing, enabling focus on patient care with autonomy under clinical leadership.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, leverage Blueprint AI for notes, and contribute to high-quality outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in a related field.
• Active and valid LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (not for associates/interns).
• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Proficient in EHR systems, preferably NextGen.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
