Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to transform mental healthcare with autonomous practice supported by administrative efficiencies. You will focus on patient care while experts handle insurance, billing, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields.
• Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist (active license).
• License must be valid in the office location; associate/intern level not hired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Maintain licensure and/or certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
