Job summary

CCMSI in the United States seeks a Liability Claims Adjuster focused on Auto and General Liability to work remotely. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex bodily injury, premises liability, slip and fall, and product liability claims across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, a licensed adjuster, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license in home state (multi-state licensing preferred).
• 5+ years of multi-line claims experience (Auto, Commercial Auto, GL, BI).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Auto Liability and General Liability claims from assignment through final resolution.
• Handle bodily injury, premises liability, slip and fall, property damage, and product liability exposures.
• Conduct liability investigations and analyze coverage, damages, and claim exposure.
• Gather and evaluate witness statements, accident reports, photographs, medical records, contracts, and other supporting documentation.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves based on claim development and exposure analysis.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and authorized representatives.
