Job summary

CCMSI in the United States is seeking a seasoned Multi-Line Claim Consultant for a remote role. You will investigate, adjust, and manage a high-volume caseload across jurisdictions, from assignment through resolution, with emphasis on litigation exposure and client instructions.

This position requires 5+ years of multi-line claims experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and licensed home-state adjuster.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience.
• Experience managing litigated claims and working with defense counsel.
• Strong understanding of claim investigation, liability analysis, coverage evaluation, and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload of approximately 125–150 files.
• Experience handling claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with corporate standards and client instructions.
• Manage claims from assignment through resolution, including files with litigation exposure.
• Establish and maintain reserves within designated authority levels.
• Review and approve invoices related to medical, legal, and damages as needed.
• Negotiate claim settlements per client instructions and jurisdictional requirements.
• Coordinate defense counsel, surveillance vendors, and other service providers.
