Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Multi-Line Claim Consultant – General Liability / Premises to manage claims within a national accounts environment from investigation through resolution. This fully remote role requires experienced adjusters with over 5 years of multi-line claims management and strong negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of claim handling, ensuring compliance with CCMSI standards while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits include 4 weeks of paid time off and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi-client desk and navigating client expectations.
• 5+ years of multi-line claims experience in General and Premises Liability.
• Ability to analyze coverage and communicate claim decisions clearly.
