Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Senior General Liability & Premises Liability Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role in the United States. The position offers a $75,000-$85,000 annual salary based on experience, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

The role involves investigating and resolving GL and premises liability claims for national accounts, including bodily injury and litigated matters. Ideal candidates have NY and home-state licenses, 5+ years of claims handling experience, and strong communication with

Qualifications

• Active New York Adjuster License is required.
• Active adjuster license in home state is required.
• Minimum 5 years of General Liability and Premises Liability claim handling experience.
• Experience handling GL, Premises, and Bodily Injury claims, including attorney-represented and litigated claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with CCMSI standards and state requirements.
• Manage claims across jurisdictions, including litigation and defense counsel oversight.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust reserves; negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and external vendors; pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely diary management; support client reporting.
