Job summary

Eventus Systems, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer for US operations. The role focuses on end-to-end ticket resolution, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with Engineering to fix platform issues.

Strong SQL, Linux, and scripting skills are essential, with preference for trade lifecycle knowledge and experience using AI tooling. Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred to support APAC overlap, and the position is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Methodical, hypothesis-driven troubleshooting background (support, DevOps, or systems engineering).
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation (Oracle/ClickHouse a plus).
• Linux/Unix proficiency and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Trade lifecycle/market data knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents, service requests, and production issues against SLAs.
• Own complex tickets end-to-end — investigation, root cause, resolution.
• Build scripts and diagnostic tools to speed up investigations.
• Coordinate with global teams for timely ticket response and handover.
• Turn recurring findings into documentation and proactive monitoring.
