Job summary

Ncontracts is seeking a Customer Support Specialist I focused on Lending Compliance to help clients navigate HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending within our Lending Compliance suite. You will deliver expert support, document interactions, and stay current on regulatory requirements to ensure client success across mortgage products.

The role emphasizes strong client service, collaboration with product and development teams, and the ability to work in a primarily remote environment with standard business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software support or a banking/financial environment.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulatory environments, including HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending.
• High level of proficiency in installation, use, and troubleshooting of software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier client service for customers across Lending Compliance products.
• Document all client interactions in the Help Desk system (Salesforce).
• Maintain knowledge of product usage within operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Collaborate with Development to implement compliance policies.
• Review internal reports to ensure alignment with banking regulations.
• Support Sales, Development, and Training staff as needed.
