Job summary

Redstone Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-focused Auditor to conduct in-depth reviews of consumer, residential real estate, and business loan documentation for regulatory compliance. You will verify accuracy, completeness, and HMDA data coding, collaborating with multiple departments to support risk management and process improvements.

The role supports HMDA reporting, QA across lending portfolios, and ongoing system testing and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2 years lending experience required.
• Experience with Hyland OnBase, MeridianLink, nCino, LaserPro, Sageworks or CORE preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits of loan documentation and data inputs to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and track issues for errors found during auditing.
• Maintain records and reports related to lending activities.
• Stay updated on applicable state, federal, and NCUA regulations and Fannie Mae guidelines.
• Assist with HMDA data collection, validation, and reporting.
