Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years lending experience required.
• Experience with Hyland OnBase, Meridianlink, nCino, LaserPro, Sageworks or CORE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits of loan documentation and data input to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
• Assist HMDA data collection, validation, and reporting; ensure accurate coding and timely submissions.
• Prepare and track written issues for errors found during audits and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Stay updated on State, Federal, and NCUA regulations and Fannie Mae guidelines affecting lending.
• Support system testing and process improvements to enhance loan quality across loan portfolios.
