GO - Global Outsourcing seeks a Leisure Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for a leading hotel portfolio by strengthening relationships with leisure and luxury travel agencies and wholesalers. The role emphasizes influencing travel advisors and building industry connections to position resort and all-inclusive properties as the preferred option for clients.

Qualifications

Experience in leisure, luxury, or wholesale travel sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze commercial data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel 30–50% within the territory including international trips.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with leisure agencies and wholesalers to drive room night and market share growth.
Collaborate with wholesale partner BDMs through joint sales calls, trainings, webinars, and events.
Conduct regular virtual and in-person sales calls and advisor visits to promote the portfolio.
Deliver polished sales presentations and materials to maximize bookings.
