GO - Global Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Leisure & All-Inclusive for North America to lead a remote sales team across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on driving growth, partner engagement, and portfolio awareness while building a high-performing, accountable organization.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic execution, and excellent relationship-building with travel advisors and wholesale partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, travel, or sales environments.
• Experience leading remote field-based sales teams across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to establish expectations, drive accountability, and improve operations.
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~20%+ domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed NA team across leisure and all-inclusive segments.
• Drive regional sales growth, partner engagement, and portfolio awareness.
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to processes using Salesforce and BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align regional activities with commercial priorities.
• Manage budgets and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
