Job summary

Docker is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst to support contract operations, outside counsel spend, and legal tech administration. You will work with Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip to streamline processes and AI-assisted workflows, reporting to the VP/Head of Legal, and collaborating with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal operations, contract management or related role at a SaaS/tech company.
• Hands-on CLM experience; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination.
• Review contracts using playbooks and AI tools; flag nonstandard terms.
• Support outside counsel billing operations and accrual tracking.
• Administer legal technology platforms and ensure data quality.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources for legal ops.
