Job summary

Modern Campus is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the Legal Department in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will manage contract lifecycle processes, draft and redline SaaS agreements, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to accelerate cycles while maintaining risk controls.

You will leverage CLM technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, track obligations, and ensure compliance. A background in law and experience with SaaS contracting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contract management experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Post-secondary legal training or education in law.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume contracting in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with sales teams and multiple business units.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign CLM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and redline a range of SaaS contracts using templates and company standards.
• Review RFP documentation and respond to legal/contract questions as needed.
• Prepare contract amendments, addendums and support account management processes.
• Perform administrative tasks: contract intake, storage, retrieval, and documenting exceptions.
• Support rapid sales cycles by ensuring timely contract turnaround with risk controls.
• Utilize CLM platforms and AI-enabled tools to streamline review, redlining, workflow and reporting.
• Track obligations, terms, renewal timelines and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance scalability and efficiency in Legal.
