Jerry.ai is seeking a highly driven Legal Operations professional to own end-to-end processes, automate repetitive tasks with AI and low-code tools, and ensure regulatory compliance across US and Canada. You will work closely with the Legal Counsel and build scalable systems to support a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• Interest in using AI/technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own official legal operations and automate workflows using AI/low-code tools.
• Perform legal research and contract reviews with the Legal Counsel.
• Manage entity compliance for US and Canada, including annual reports and state requests.
• Monitor IP and run cease-and-desist workflows for brand protection.
• Investigate escalations and convert issues into compliance training.
