Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a legal operations role focused on building scalable processes with AI and low-code tools. You will own projects from start to finish, handle filings, deadlines, and audits, and partner with our Legal Counsel to perform research and contract reviews.

The role supports remote work with office options in select cities. You will lead investigations of escalations, implement fixes to reduce risk, and help the company scale its compliance program as Jerry expands across the US

Responsibilities

• Optimize legal processes and build scalable workflows using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams on research and contract reviews.
• Investigate escalations, identify root causes, and create training to prevent recurrence.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk and user friction; drive fixes with Eng/Prod.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
