• Experience or aptitude for navigating law, technology and startups.

Responsibilities

• Automation: Use AI and low-code tools to automate routine legal tasks.
• Legal and regulatory projects: assist with research, contract reviews, and new issues as they arise.
• Entity compliance: manage Jerry's entities across the US and Canada.
• Brand protection: monitor Jerry's IP, identify infringements, and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate escalations and derive corrective actions for training.
• Product compliance reviews: assess compliance risk and work with Eng/PM to fix underlying issues.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations and identify high-risk areas.
