Job summary

VahatiCor is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to establish and run the contract lifecycle, improve efficiency, and serve as the primary liaison with outside counsel. This remote role will coordinate governance activities, equity administration, and regulatory documentation as the company scales its medtech platform.

You will implement scalable processes, manage budgets and legal spend, and ensure compliance across contracts, corporate records, and IP matters while collaborating with Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of contracts, legal operations, or corporate paralegal work.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with independent judgment.
• Working knowledge of corporate governance, equity administration, and financing processes.
• Strong organization and confidential information handling; clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Negotiate vendor, consulting, NDA, software, supply, and services agreements.
• Coordinate clinical trial agreements and CRO contracts.
• Maintain corporate records and board materials; administer equity docs.
• Manage outside counsel engagements and legal spend; track budgets.
• Implement a scalable contract management system and report on metrics.
