Phaxis is seeking a Remote Junior Legal Intake Center Agent/Client Liaison for a leading law firm. This entry-level role handles a high volume of calls, gathers client and case details, and pre-qualifies prospects for legal representation.

You will document information in the case management system, coordinate documents and follow-up, and deliver compassionate customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Gather and accurately document detailed client and case information.
• Pre-qualify potential clients based on established case criteria.
• Follow up with clients to obtain medical records and other required documentation.
• Enter and update information in the firm’s case management system.
• Send legal documents and coordinate follow-up appointments and communications.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service while handling sensitive information.
• Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate legal team.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
