Responsibilities

• Support COO on GFNE's legal and compliance needs with execution-focused delivery.
• Coordinate and track compliance obligations across US and European jurisdictions.
• Prepare documentation for audits, filings, and regulatory requests.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to scope and resolve issues.
