IP House seeks a Counsel, Contracts & Compliance to support its global contracting, regulatory compliance, and legal operations. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with cross‑functional teams across regions.

It offers hands‑on experience in a high‑growth, remote‑friendly environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial agreements, develop training materials on compliance, and liaise with external counsel worldwide.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (JD) or UK law degree with qualification to practice in US/UK.
• 2+ years PQE in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with data privacy, anti-bribery, or competition law.
• Experience in legal research and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
• Own contract lifecycle management with tracking of terms, obligations, and renewals.
• Support proposals and RFPs with contractual input and risk assessment.
• Assist with internal policy implementation on data privacy, anti-bribery, and third-party risk.
• Liaise with external counsel in US, UK, and other jurisdictions; maintain templates and playbooks.
