Telaré Law in Richland, WA is seeking a Case Manager to support our legal team from intake through resolution. This remote role requires professional communication, precise documentation, and the ability to juggle multiple client matters with deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in legal, medical, or case management settings and strong organization. Excellent written/verbal communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal, medical, or case management setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor active client cases, ensuring timely follow-up and progress.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and consultations.
• Assist attorneys in gathering records, evidence, and relevant case materials.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.
