• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Biller.

Responsibilities

• Edits Prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant per Billing Attorneys’ requests.
• Generates a high volume of complex client invoices via Aderant.
• Ensures invoices comply with billing guidelines; compiles required supporting documentation.
• Submits ebills via EHub with all supporting docs.
• Monitors and addresses any invoice rejections or appeals; responds to inquiries.
• Performs special projects and ad hoc reports as needed.
