Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist for our New Jersey office with a remote basis. You will manage full life-cycle invoicing, ensuring accuracy and client compliance, and collaborate with Billing Attorneys and administrative staff.

The role requires 3+ years as a Legal Biller, proficiency in Aderant/Elite, Prebill Viewer, and e-billing hubs, plus strong Excel skills. Flexibility for overtime and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Biller required.
• Experience with Aderant, Elite/3E, Prebill Viewer, E-billing Hub, and Bill Blast is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Edits Prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant based on Billing Attorney requests.
• Generates a high volume of client invoices via Aderant.
• Ensures invoices comply with billing guidelines and supporting docs.
• Submits e-bills via EHub with documentation.
• Monitors and addresses invoice rejections, reductions, and appeals.
• Responds to billing inquiries and supports ad hoc reports.
