Job summary
Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain GAAP-compliant financial records using Elite 3E and E-Billing Hub. The role involves preparing and emailing client bills, accruals, quotes, and timely follow-up on e-billing for attorneys.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting software is required or obtainable.
- Strong Windows and MS Office proficiency.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and prioritizing work.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with partners, attorneys, staff and clients.
- Elite 3E and E-Billing Hub experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process in Elite/3e Cloud client bills for various Billing Attorneys.
- Email/E-bill bills to clients with attachments.
- Monthly client accruals.
- Provide fee quotes.
- E-Bill processing and follow up for first 30 days.
- New attorney training in time entry.
- Review and approve New Client/Matters.
- Review Client Matter Sheets for Rates.
- Review Engagements for Retainers.
- Respond to emails/calls promptly.
- Ad hoc reporting.
