Qualifikationen

• 3+ years understanding of finance.
• Must have Brightflag experience and learn legal billing.
• Understand legal invoicing data and maintain confidentiality.
• Billing for a law firm is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.
• Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Review invoices for accuracy and confirm negotiated discounts and billing arrangements.
• Set up and maintain legal matters within billing systems.
• Assist with accounts payable projects and other priorities as assigned.
• Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.
• Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
