HireTalent seeks a detail-oriented legal billing operations professional in the United States. You will handle day-to-day billing tasks, process invoices, and ensure accuracy while applying negotiated terms and discounts.

You will monitor the billing inbox, respond to vendor and internal inquiries, and support billing systems setup for legal matters. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver timely, high-quality service and maintain efficient AP processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in legal billing or accounts payable.
• Familiarity with Brightflag or a comparable platform is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.

• Description: - Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.
• - Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• - Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• - Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.
• - Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.
• - Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
• - Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.
• - Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
