Qualifications

• Hands-on BrightFlag experience is mandatory.
• Experience in legal billing, invoice management, or legal spend administration.
• Experience reviewing invoices and validating billing information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process legal invoices through the BrightFlag platform.
• Review invoices and evaluate AI-generated flags for discrepancies.
• Determine routing for approval or additional review as needed.
• Review billing details, timekeeper rates, and volume-based discounts.
• Calculate discounts based on volume arrangements and ensure accurate processing.
• Update and maintain legal budgets within BrightFlag.
