Job summary

Talentify is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoicing and accounts payable processes.

You will monitor the billing inbox, respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries, review invoices for accuracy, and ensure negotiated discounts are applied. The role also involves setting up matters in billing systems and assisting with AP projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and accounts payable.
• Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.
• Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.
• Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
• Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.
• Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily legal billing tasks, including invoice processing and AP activities.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries from the billing inbox.
• Verify invoice accuracy and apply negotiated discounts and terms.
• Create and maintain matters in billing systems and workflows.
• Support AP projects and other operational priorities as needed.
