Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams in the US. The Legal AI Advisor will leverage deep legal expertise to help customers understand and adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, designed for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting, this remote role engages lawyers across the lifecycle, driving adoption, tailoring demonstrations, and translating legal workflows into AI-enabled outcomes.

Qualifications

• JD with bar admission and at least 10 years of legal practice.
• Experience advising clients on legal workflows and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and executives.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and engineering.
• Bridge legal workflows with AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
