Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team in the United States. You are a practicing or former lawyer guiding clients to adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR, helping lawyers leverage AI in their workflows.

You report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption at scale. You will translate complex AI capabilities for legal professionals, support discovery and demonstrations, and collaborate with product teams to refine AI

Qualifications

JD and bar admission required.
7+ years practicing law and/or in-house legal teams.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and collaboration with lawyers and executives.
Experience in client-facing roles and legal tech is a plus.
Curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
Lead pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams.
Enable post-sales adoption, training, and ongoing value realization.
Provide voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
Bridge legal knowledge with AI capabilities to improve workflows.
