Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, as well as aiR, the conversational AI experience built for lawyers. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption across the full lifecycle.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, and involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to transform

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
“7+ years of experience practicing law” in law firms or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with pre-sales engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to provide feedback to product teams and refine capabilities.
Bridge legal and technical workflows; translate AI capabilities into practical insights for attorneys.
