Job summary

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company. The Legal AI Advisor role is for a practicing or former lawyer who helps customers adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience built for lawyers.

The advisor will work across the full customer lifecycle, drive adoption at scale, and translate legal workflows into AI-enabled processes, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity's AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Onboard, train, and drive ongoing adoption to realize value from Relativity's AI platform.
