Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company. The Legal AI Advisor is a practicing or former lawyer who helps customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience built for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, the role sits at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption across the full customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of experience practicing law and/or in-house legal teams.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide structured feedback to product teams on needs and adoption barriers.
Bridge legal and technical workflows; translate AI capabilities into actionable insights for lawyers.
