Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who can help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and cliAIr. Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US, the role spans the full customer lifecycle with emphasis on adoption at scale.

The position blends legal expertise with product innovation, guiding lawyers through workflows, AI integration, and measurable outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of law practice experience, preferably in litigation or in-house.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in client-facing roles (advisory, legal tech, or BD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Lead pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations linking Relativity AI to real legal use cases.
Support post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as the voice of the legal customer to inform product and UX improvements.
Bridge legal workflows with technical knowledge to translate AI capabilities into actionable insights.
