Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help clients understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR/aiR. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, guiding lawyers to adopt AI at scale.

The role requires a JD and bar admission, 10+ years in legal practice, and strong communication skills. Remote work from the US is supported with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• 10+ years practicing law; AmLaw experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Lead discovery and solution alignment with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
• Demonstrate Relativity's AI capabilities with tailored use cases to drive adoption.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to realize value from AI tools.
• Bridge legal workflows with AI capabilities across engagements.
