Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Legal AI Advisor. This role targets practicing or former lawyers to help clients adopt Relativity’s AI platform and aiR, guiding them from evaluation to day-to-day use.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, the role spans law practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, focusing on scalable adoption of AI at law firms, corporations, and public sector bodies in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 3+ years practicing law in a law firm or in-house.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across firms, corporate teams, and public sector orgs.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with discovery, demos, and solution alignment.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Act as the voice of the legal customer to inform product and engineering.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical insights.
