Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to fuse law and technology, advising clients on adopting Relativity's AI platform and claiR for lawyers. As a practicing or former attorney, you will work across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, gather feedback, and translate legal workflows into engineered AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Experience in client-facing roles in legal tech or business development is a plus.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives; lead tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Bridge legal and technical workflows; help customers understand RelativityOne's AI products and impact on practice areas.
