Partners In Health is seeking a Loyal Donor Officer, Gift Planning in the Boston, MA area with hybrid/remote options within the U.S. The role supports a Gift Planning team focused on legacy and tax-wise gifts, working with donors and advisors to grow deferred revenue and engagement.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Gift Planning and requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, plus strong donor communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of professional nonprofit fundraising experience or commensurate experience.

Responsabilités

• Steward annual giving tax-smart donors for legacy cultivation and conversion.
• Manage a portfolio of 250 self-identified legacy prospects over an 18-month cycle.
• Develop discovery cohort of 250 legacy gift prospects over a 12-month cycle.
• Respond to lead generation efforts to close tax-smart immediate gifts and unrestricted deferred gifts.
• Elevate cases with gift restrictions or unconventional assets to the Senior Director of Gift Planning.
