The Boston Foundation is seeking a donor relations professional to cultivate relationships with donors, manage donor-advised funds, and support legacy and planned giving initiatives. You will develop donor education programs, coordinate events, and collaborate with programs to identify funding opportunities for co-investments.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fundraising, strong communication and analytical skills, and comfort with financial content.

Formación

3–5 years of related fundraising experience.
High level of customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication, plus collaboration and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial content.
Ability to understand and communicate finance, accounting, and investment strategies.

Responsabilidades

Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors for repeat gifts and deeper engagement.
Manage relationships with 100–125 Donor Advised Fund holders.
Develop and manage donor education and engagement activities and events.
Coordinate with grantmaking strategies to identify funding needs for co-investment opportunities.
Oversee donor-initiated projects and fund management activities.
