Job summary

Partners In Health in Boston, MA is seeking a Donor Cultivation Associate, Gift Planning to join a five-person team. You will manage the daily operations of the legacy society cultivation and stewardship program, coordinating with the Senior Director and cross-departmental partners to advance tax-smart gifts and long-term donor commitments.

The role emphasizes increasing integration across communications, building Tom's Circle, and expanding donor engagement with external vendors and data

Qualifications

3-5 years fundraising experience in nonprofit sector.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent written communication.
Experience identifying and sustaining new donor constituencies.
Familiar with Asana and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Lead communications and education materials for Tom's Circle and related programs.
Cultivate ~300 passive Tom's Circle prospects and steward ~900 members.
Refresh 20+ educational resources annually.
Interview supporters and craft content for tax-smart giving and legacy society membership.
Collaborate with vendors to analyze Gift Planning marketing performance and ensure data sync.
