Compassion International in the United States seeks an experienced Planned Giving Officer to develop and manage a high-value donor portfolio focused on planned and legacy gifts, including bequests and charitable gift annuities, aligning donors’ goals with Compassion’s mission.

The role leads long-term revenue strategies and may coach other relationship managers, with preference for candidates in the Western region and up to 50% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Seven years of relevant fundraising/planned giving experience.
• Demonstrated track record in cultivating and securing planned or deferred gifts.
• Certification from CFRE, CAP®, or similar preferred.

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of prospective and current donors.
• Design and execute legacy giving strategies including bequests and trusts.
• Lead long-term revenue strategies and donor journeys spanning multiple years.
• Coach and oversee other relationship managers in integrating planned giving.
