QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Leave & Time Off Specialist to administer end-to-end leave, accommodations, and time off for a dispersed U.S. workforce. The role requires navigation of federal, state, and local laws and close collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and managers.

This remote position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive case management. The ideal candidate will handle complex multi-state leaves, maintain documentation, and ensure timely communications while

Qualificações

• Knowledge and hands-on administration of FMLA and multi-state leave requirements.
• Experience independently managing leave cases from initial request through return to work.
• Experience administering ADA workplace accommodations and facilitating the interactive process.
• Ability to evaluate overlapping federal, state, local, and company leave entitlements.
• Experience administering intermittent and continuous leaves and tracking leave usage.
• Ability to interpret leave regulations and translate requirements into practical guidance.
• Experience managing medical certifications, documentation, and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Leave Administration: manage leaves from request to return-to-work and coordinate with Payroll and Benefits.
• Ada accommodations: process interactive accommodations and document decisions.
• Time Off Administration: oversee PTO, sick leave, and local time off requirements.
• Compliance & Reporting: maintain records, track changes, and support audits.
• Process Improvement: streamline workflows and develop SOPs and templates.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with HR, Legal, and Managers to coordinate cases.
