Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of the FMLA, the ADA, and state/local leave laws.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer leave policies and procedures (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state/local laws).
• Process leave requests and documentation timely.
• Determine employee eligibility for leave.
• Approve or deny leave requests with sound judgment.
• Communicate with employees and managers on leave issues.
• Provide training on leave policies and procedures.
• Maintain leave records and reports.
• Stay updated on changes to leave laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties to support department goals.
