Job summary

Tilt is seeking a Leave Success Team Lead for a fully remote role in the US. The position emphasizes escalations, process integrity, and hands-on leave management, reporting to the Team Lead.

This senior LSM role is not a manager of people but a highly operational escalation expert driving efficiency and quality across the Leave Success pod. You will escalate complex leave scenarios, host office hours for real-time troubleshooting, and back up HR/payroll as needed while improving SOPs and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in leave administration.
• Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Empathy, customer focus, and collaboration in a startup/B2B SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for pod-specific leave issues across collaboration channels.
• Act as escalation POC on live escalation calls, partnering with CSMs as needed.
• Host regular pod office hours to support real-time troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Support pod coverage during leaves by acting as a backup for HR, payroll, and employee needs.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and improving Leave Success SOPs for clarity and scalability.
• Review SOP library quarterly to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform QA audits on leave plans for team members based on LC audit findings.
• Directly manage fewer than 150 active leaves to maintain product knowledge.
• Serve as an initial contact for leave-related escalations from LSMs.
