Job summary

HUB International’s SPG Ancillary division seeks a seasoned leave management professional to support broker and client conversations, oversee implementation, and ensure compliant, high-quality leave services. The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Client Service to deliver reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in leave management, with strong knowledge of laws and vendor ecosystems, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related industry experience in leave management (5+ years).
• Deep understanding of leave management processes, compliance, vendors/TPAs, and integrated carrier offerings.
• Comfortable with organizational change and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a evolving leave solutions market.

Responsibilities

• Acts as subject matter expert for leave management processes and services.
• Engages broker and client conversations to support leave solutions.
• Assists with implementation and ongoing service for leave solutions with vendor partners.
• Partners with vendor and carrier teams to resolve escalations and administration challenges.
• Builds relationships with internal teams, brokers, vendors, TPAs, and carriers.
• Monitors federal and state leave laws and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Supports cross-functional alignment to business goals and KPIs and helps drive improvements.
