Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is seeking a remote Leave of Absence and Accommodation Administrator in Colorado to manage casework, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate complex disability-related accommodations.

You will be the main point of contact for employees, managers, healthcare providers, and third‑party administrators, guiding requests from intake to resolution with attention to policy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in corporate benefits and leave administration required.
• Certification in benefits administration preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs.
• Manage day-to-day leave and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies.
• Act as primary contact for employees, managers, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators regarding leave requests and accommodations.
